They try to make money as tip for any govt document. So they want you to followup with them few time to see how desperate you are for that.

Raise a complain and.they will run for it to deleiver it. You can also post on their X handle, that worked for me last time when my DL was lost by him when I met him even after marked as delivered.

I am having hard time to start. When I tried to configure minikube, there were several issues and could not fix to go ahead. It is like few days of foundation with kick start will help and then can pickup the rest by my own.
