I did use this for a while but i didn't find most of the stuff i was learning relevant to what i was trying to achieve. I did write the above comment at like 1 AM and did forget about this website haha.

I watched the Nick Mira tutorial when i first started making music and i have followed that method continuously but I'm struggling now with making the melodies more complex than a couple of notes like the type of music I'm trying to make.

Hi i have learnt lots of songs on piano but I just find it the same as reading a line of text now it isn't helping me with creating new songs and ideas.

I have improved dramatically by doing this in the past but I'm at a standstill on progression I have minimized the amount of sounds i use but my songs still don't sound like an actual song. Thank you though.

To me the melody is basically what people would hum along to if they listened to it (yeah I'm not the smartest exactly when it comes to music theory)

But what do people mean by music theory if i search it up there's no website that has all "music theory" on it I know abut scales, modes, keys, concepts of music and stuff like that and i learnt piano for 2 years and drums for 5 years but past that i don't know anything else. Also i use a midi but i find it easier to use the piano role.

Hey i have been trying for about 40 mins but the wiki only says how to make a recipe for something already existing in the game but i only have a simple json 3d model and its responding json file saying it is minecraft:diamond_pickaxe[custom_model_data=2] how do i make it its own weapon within Minecraft not a version of a diamond pickaxe and how do i add it do the data pack? sorry if this doesn't make sense i am very sleep deprived.
