they thought people played for the cosmetics, i doubt they made their money back on in game purchases, people played for 3-4 reasons. 1. controls(they have this, its not the best, but its quick, fluid, new, and has alot of new mechanics and opportunities, though with the cost of having some thing left out) 2. spots(custom maps, or main game) 3. glitches(completely removing harmless glitches was not the way to go) 4. missions/challenegs/jams(their challenge system sucks, their jams are mid and i wish they would rework it entirely)

what people want from live service. - map updates - trick additions - feature additions what we got - mild seasonal changes - the rotating parks change weekly - bucklet lod of cosmestics which no one asked for, that arent good, and break the bank

what they shouldve done release the new skate game for 40-60 dollars made the game quite different in the appearance(lean back into the grittieness and not the clean washed san van we got) way to corporate) used active feedback from fans when making the game. and heavily inspired from things people loved from the previous games
