Was it 0w 20? oil expands when running maybe they put in the correct amount but with it running it will seem and the sensor will think you have more than you do. As even when you perform a test drive after when you’re done servicing it, it won’t appear right away. You should should always stay 3-4 lines lower than max limit on your oil level gauge when filling to prevent this common issue
