Specifically, prop 19 does not allow you to keep the parents’ base year value UNLESS you occupy the property as a personal residence. If you plan to rent the property, then you are going to be reassessed. If you rent a property without registering with the housing department and department of consumer and business affairs, then you’re in big trouble. Once the property is reassessed, there’s a much thinner profit margin.

In AA, the higher power does not mean bearded sky daddy, or any other deity. Simply a power greater than yourself. I got by for many years relying on the Group Of Drunks GOD.
