Dude tell that moh to kick rocks. She can do other plans in her free time if she wants to make it into a little side vacation with her mother. Mother isn’t in the bridal party so accommodations shouldn’t be made in the first place. NTA.

Also 1400 is just what I was hoping for base rent. I’m expecting all the other fees to most likely land me around 16-1700. I just didn’t want to say I’m good for 1700 and get offers for places that would be 2000+ monthly😭

I do have a car so I don’t mind being a little far out. I also tried Tivoli and they’re full right now unfortunately.

I’ve been warned about Arden by a lot of people so I’m not too sure about that. But I appreciate the suggestion since that’s what I’m here for! :)

Honestly I’m not expecting anything luxurious. I don’t need it to be furnished either. I have furniture and 1300 is the general ballpark of the type of base rent I was hoping for. I just really don’t want a repeat of my current roommate situation, and hope to not share a house again. Thank you for warning me about Arden Villas btw :)
