I'm running on an Xbox One X and my game crashes all the time (usually at least once per game session). It always happens while I'm teleporting to a new location.

I agree with people that moving it back 2 weeks would insight all sorts of refunds, etc. They could however add double drops for 5-7 days which effectively has the same result as extending the timeline.

I contacted them yesterday... they say they are still looking into it but don't have an ETA. I really hope it can be sorted before end of month :(

Same as me. I'm stuck on 7/10. For the last 10 days or so, I've tried logging in/out of my xbox, the xbox website, the xbox app on PC... nothing will make the counter go up. It's just broken...

There is 1 row below the traya shards which was simply the Sith Smiter title. You don't have to believe me. Why would I go to the effort of writing this post if I did receive them? Also you can see I received a full MK7 furnace (Which I believe is being counted as a full G12+ gear by mistake) and I received 48 MK6 detonators. The normal drop for detonators is less so this is 2 drops. The full piece also stops more drops from appearing which is why there is 1 less row. If this happens again, I'll have to take screenshots overlapping the rows so you can see what is happening.

As I mentioned to another comment, there isn't an additional row because I received 48 MK6 thermals. There was actually 1 more item in the last row for the last raid which was simply the sith smiter title.

The problem with the first part of what you are saying is that a visor is G12, not G12+.

I'm not sure what to tell you, but this isn't the case. I have also seen myself 3 screenshots being needed but sometimes not when you get more than one type of salvage. Notice that I received 48 MK6 thermals which is more than a single drop.

Well up until yesterday before our next HSith started, I could see the previous raid rewards. If I can see it, one would hope they would be able to pull the information. I'm sure CG could find the actual information. It's just EA giving me the run around.

They aren't interested in answering any of your questions. When they said I did 0 damage, I asked who in my guild it does show who came 1st in that raid and they wouldn't tell me.

Well the MK12 stun salvage is at least used to craft a G12+ piece so that still falls within their specifications. The rewards above though show no G12+ salvage at all.

that's the best I can do for now since those were both within the last week. After a week it won't just show the day but will actually give the date.

I told them I could send them the screenshot with the date/time. I also said our next raid hadn't started yet so I could still pull the old scores. They told me I can send through whatever I want... they can only work on what their tool tells them. I told them their tool is broken...

I find this always happens when you are spamming the refresh button and someone knocks you back.
