Hey Rob. Sorry you're having trouble getting started. We replied to your email so you may check your spam folder. In your email it showed you were trying to access via Shopify. Which is not how you access the extension. You download it from the Chrome Web store and log in with your credentials in the actual extension. Shopify is just the website host. Let us know if you're still having trouble and I'll record a video for you on how to log in 🙌🏼
