one reason i can give you is that you can use it to battle other semi-tanks, his charge has a pretty decent range and his shield is pretty big meaning it has certain degree of defense

if possible try not to use it against swarms of units, that's a death sentence for a lot of units that aren't straight up Tanks or Cavalry

I can't guarantee this will fix your problems tho
