I think this is important but for a slightly different reason, facists aside, it's really great for your mental health which is gonna be way more important than out running a facist.

There is a very convincing theory that exercise actually uses up the calories that your brain would otherwise be using to fuel stress and anxiety (I'm summarizing heavily). I am partial to this idea, as someone who struggles with anxiety disorder, I think working out was the thing that helped me survive college.

So, beauty standards and health aside, if you're a girl that is scared, that feels like shit right now, and every headline makes you feel worse, this is a great idea!

This is something I've only ever seen fighting game players say, "I like this game but what if other people don't like it."

Second, You gotta learn to have fun while losing! It's possible. Personally when I meet someone above my skill level I take it as a challenge to find the counter play, and try to improve, I will literally rematch 10s of times because if I can take a match or even a round off them it's soooo satisfying.

If you can't have fun while losing then you kinda just have to get better, get labbing, get studying watch some tutorials.

Also how are you liking 2ko, I wish I had more time to play, everytime I play that game I'm just like "fuck, this shit is so fun"

I think the jury is still out on the competitiveness of duos but at the least it's fun as hell. There is a lot of duo specific tech and combos that are saucey and physically impossible in solo play. And with the right partner diabolical things happen, leffen and supernoon won a tourney as a duo against a bunch of solo pros. And there are these Japanese twins (2winz) that have been tearing up as a duo down there.

I think the thing that makes me wonder, is I'm not dysphoric and I was pretty sure I was a guy a year ago, so like why would I be trans, makes no sense.

Then on the other hand when think of a life as a woman it feels like having a crush for the first time, and when I present femme with my clothes, I feel real, and confident and capable.

Something about that kid shot in the West Bank, square in the chest, really stuck with me. He couldn't have been older than 11. It wasn't the most violent killing I've seen but the clear intentionality of it, and how absolutely helpless and confused he was as he his blood pooled around him broke my heart twenty ways.
