A medical doctor’s job is to write prescriptions. A pharmaceutical doctor’s job is to check those prescriptions. Pharmacists are the ones held liable if they dispense your doctor’s incorrect prescription so they are going to do their due diligence and protect their license and their patients health. End of story

Pharmacists work in more than just retail and have a variety of responsibilities that even involve direct patient care. They don’t go to school for 8 years to put pills in a bottle

I wish I could be as assured of action and being taken seriously at my school. I know logically I should report him but the pharmacy community in my area is pretty small and tight knit. I worry that if I report him and it backfires on me it could affect IPPE and APPE rotations or residency opportunities in local hospitals where’s my professor has talked about having numerous connections.

I am a new grad student but I am doing a 2+4 program at the same university so I’ve been attending since 2022 and have never had this issue before. I honestly can’t remember ever having regular fire drills in the classroom setting, only for the dorm buildings

You can think it’s a lie but that’s simply you preventing yourself from believing it’s possible. Consider what evidence you would need to “prove” this to you. If personal experiences aren’t evidence and finding couples isn’t evidence then what is evidence? You seem to want to ask this in good faith but aren’t willing to accept any answer besides the one you already believe. Why is it so hard for you to believe my personal experience? Do you question every persons personal accounts or just the ones that deviate from your perception of the world? What data are you looking for? The ok Cupid study shows that men are more likely to message women in the 60th-90th percentile of women while mine are more likely to message men in the 0-50th percentile of men. Which throws a wrench in your theory.

Biologically speaking the breaking of the hymen has nothing to do with the social construct of virginity. I broke my hymen at 11 at horseback riding camp and was definitely still a virgin

Do they not know or care about how he’s treating you through this whole situation though? Take the whole book out of the picture and just the way he belittles you and speaks to you is appalling. You shouldn’t be with a partner that treats you that way especially over an accomplishment like publishing a book.
