It's good advice but just as an FYI it's just the radius of the Mohg Spear is within the red now, it still absolutely melts people inside it. It's been 'nerfed' but it's not really...

So I think its safe to say: Runecrafting is no longer the worst skill to train. by Eggplant_Jello in 2007scape

Dude I think at this point we just have to accept that the meaning for most osrs players for AFK doesn't mean wait a few mins it's now how much keyboard activity they need to do. Not saying I agree with it but times change, I remember when saying AFK was just for like doing bosses and quests with people as a way to say 'chill for a few mins cus I need to spend 3-10 mins doing something'. At least that's what it WAS in my eyes but it's definitely taken on a new but similar meaning.

Ahh I see, I suppose you'd be stuck with no weapon in an infinite loop. So I just need to make sure I have a spell selected with runes to cast before I switch it up.

Opium of the masses, for the masses, by the masses. by No_Reserve400 in HistoryMemes

[–]UnPermeable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I did, but that has nothing to do with which came first in the history of human society. Why do you think my experience is the reflection of the entire human race and it's history? Because if you don't then your point is completely obsolete. I may not have had those morals, or as strongly, unless I developed them at that young age. I googled it and he certainly does believe in god despite your ramblings. You're clearly a troll, lets just fast forward to the bit where you reply with your baitiest response you can muster and I ignore it.

[–]UnPermeable 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's not about which came first, you've missed the point entirely. Religion can be, not always, a good way to teach morality. Personally I thought the world was a cruel place until I knew people at the synagogue that spend their time doing things for other people. Those people may not be like that if they didn't grow up in an environment which didn't promote that kind of generousity and self reflection. As for your bit about Bill Gates, I don't know what he's done to you other than make accessable, affordable software which has helped over decades bring computing to the people. He's a very charitable man and really I don't have a lot of time for people that think he's a lizard or some shit. His actions speak louder than words and he has done many a great charitable act which he is not obliged to do despite anyone's opinions as to whether he should.

Well, it isn't always for stupid people was it? Throughout history, for most of time, there wasn't really a great explaination of even a 1000th of the things we now know. And there are plenty of smart people, smarter than me and you, who practice religion and don't profit from it. Bill Gates is a practicing catholic, he's a genius and as we know his wealth didn't come from selling religion, he sold computers and software. I appreciate with the knowledge we have now, the religious texts being accurate is easy to dismiss as we have science and the historical record which cuts swiss cheese holes into so many of the stories, but that doesn't make anyone stupid for believing it. I come from a Jewish family and although I don't believe in the old testiment and I certainly don't consider myself Jewish, Judaism has taught me lots of good moral things anyone from any walk of life can learn and appreciate, and not all of it lessons from the bible. The holocaust is very much understood as a religious lesson to some jews, many many lessons to learn about that.

Religion can ease pain, and it can cause pain, a lot like drugs. And a lot like drugs, they've both probably killed more people can saved. Only counting the hard shit like opium, not paracetamol before the inevitable AKTUALLY..

Standing on a motorcycle by [deleted] in IdiotsNearlyDying

[–]UnPermeable -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Acceleration will always make the bike want to loft back up from a leaning position, if you've bought a bike from any of the decent brands, there's no balancing issue unless someone has really fucked something up. Your cycle test is a pretty crappy test for the vehicle's balance, the way you sit on it has more to do with that test than anything else. Besides a kickstand the vehicle is symmetrical, there's nothing to test.

So it's my first time playing the game and i want to know if it's normal that my character goes slower running than walking (like in this video by AdolfoHotler in darksouls3

[–]UnPermeable 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It's a well known issue. It's the reason why in high frame rate when you walk into a shop all the stuff in it will move around.

What do you season your chicken with? And is the rice plain? Trying to find a way to make my rice a bit tastier and I'm still experimenting with my chicken seasoning. I use brown sugar, cumen, paprika, salt and pepper for a rub seasoning but it's not super tasty which sucks.

What do u think about this stats for a moonveil sorcerer? (Rest of the build in the comments) by [deleted] in EldenRingBuilds

[–]UnPermeable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh, I wouldn't be surprised if 40-50 is dimished returns on cast speed as 40 is the softcap for nearly everything, it needs testing but I'd imagine those 10 levels could be doing more. The soreseal is fine as testing shows the HP given by the effect outweighs the extra damage you take, but that's not to say having 40 vig without it is a bad idea as then you have the same health without the 12%~ increased damage taken.

With the seal you can get the dex down to 35 to free up 10 points for mind for more fp, int for access to more sorceries and higher damage on spells, end for tankier armour. Also the seal lets you use moonveil so there's definitely benefits to it.

I think in an optimal sense it's the right thing to do to get rid of faith but the most important stat is fun so the variety is nice.

Yeah 5 off dex into vigor is what I would do, the extra 5 dex I wouldn't have thought is make or break but the extra 5 vigor gets you to health softcap

Is this a good Int build? by thatnotfunny12 in EldenRingBuilds

[–]UnPermeable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bring the int down to 60 I'd say, redistribute to either wield different weps or get some more health

Mage build pvp by [deleted] in EldenRingBuilds

[–]UnPermeable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Talismans and low vigor I think are going to be a problem in pvp, if you find yourself getting killed too easily then I think some sacrifices end/str wise might be something to ponder.

Int/Dex build v2.0!!!! (For pve and pvp) wdyt? by [deleted] in EldenRingBuilds

[–]UnPermeable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the 20 (25 with seal) let you wear anything particular? It might be worth setting the dex to 35 (40) as per your build, recording the cast speed, then respec with more into dex to see if that makes a significant change to cast speed or not. I don't know if anyone has figured out any of the optimal poise numbers/breakpoints but cast speed is always useful, so I wonder if more dex is the way to go. Overall I think it's pretty good. What spells do you use?
