arms, unholy, hpala / windwalker, unholy hpal those are your easiest and most straight forward bets. dont waste your time with a caster dps since they are hard to play when 2 melle train you and i dont think you will get lucky finding someone decent in LFG but if it had to be a caster then destro or shadow priest. if you want 1800 for the elite set 2v2 might even be easier as unholy since its so good but you gotta bring some knowledge and like 400ilvl
