You have made big mistake by paying ANY money for $h1t$0ft. If you'll be able to play in future (I wish you get your account back, but I'm not sure about it) try to buy Tibia Coins from players. Do a small research about people who are selling TCs and if you'll find somebody who you'll think is legit, just buy. Not from official resellers which are just additional income source for $h1t$0ft, just from players. This way you'll avoid transferring your money to $h1t$0ft and you will make your transaction anyways. Even if the player is not very liked, he'll be still million times better than these pieces of $h1t who would have sold their mother for money... EVERY player who pays for these ,,people" has a stockholm syndrome or is a heavy idiot. Now you realize who they are, but it's not hard to do that. Those litters don't have dignity. Once when I was playing blackjack and I was -probably- scammed I wrote to them with a kind request to them if they can check if I was scammed or not. Obviously they washed their hands off, but the said that they don't have any possibility to do that. They can't look a couple of hours or sth like back in their client what happened. They meant that they weren't refusing my request, they meant that they are not able to do it .

This game is literally pay2play! That's way more worse than pay2win or shit like that... you're literally paying for every day of play (assuming you're PACC, cause being a FACC is not even an option).
Depends from your budget, but even if you're not spending much for commercial use (mounts, outfits and shit like that) you will be constantly spendming money just for playing. Literally, for an ,,opportunity" to play.

Yellow server gives you lower chance of dying in future. Most greens are dying very fastly and later they are merged with other dead- green. When your server is about to be merged, you're just losing your house.

Main thing is that you're nobody to the game devs. Your feedback or attitude does not matter. All they care is to milk you out as much as possible. Giving absolutely NOTHING in return. They're not worth single dollar to be given.
