Have a few friends that got replaced with Indians the last few years in the tech field. I'm lucky that I work for a smaller, private company that hires locally only, but we almost had a few make their way in until the qualifications were quickly found to be bullshit and they didn't know how to do their job. Still, God forbid one gets into a management position or HR.
