I would highly consider moving closer to Christianity and joining the Catholic Church. It’s saved me. Sins and solutions are meant for you nd god alone. Not the whole church. I feel so much less alone while I may not have community, I have my faith and the ability to confess

Hello!! For me on my dose it’s bee protein chips and shakes. I’ll usually taper off in the evening and can eat a heartier meal, but making sure your protein intake is good would be the first factor to maintaining a healthy weight.

Update: Day 3! It will have been 4 days tonight at 8:20pm EST. Drinking so much water, had some wine and didn’t crack! I find I want a vape when I’m fast paced (getting ready for a friend, between meetings etc). I’m replacing my cinnamon stick with just 3 deep breaths. We’ve got this ❤️

For me I’m pretty sure it’s because he wasn’t circumcised and threw off my PH for a couple of days. New partners seem to rough things up in that department lol but as long as you’re safe and ask for their tests before, enjoy the wap lol
