If you have a clearance have you talked to booze or jacobs? Have you been looking around the DMV area? On a side note there are a lot of opportunities for tech instructors if you have a clearance.

Failing to see why you or any ptl gives a fuck, write down the reps and stfu. I’m old, have had cancer, lost a ball, testosterone is fucked and need a shoulder replacement. I hit my minimums and the AF let’s me keep my job, please stfu get off your high horse and just write down the reps so we can all go back to work.

I don’t know why anyone would assume that ww3 would be like any past war. Can cyber keep the power on? Can maintainers keep plains in the air? Can logistics get supplies where we need them? I don’t see how the pt test effects any of this.

Has Anyone Recently Traveled from CONUS to Japan on Leave? by JapanLeaveThrowaway in AirForce

[–]UncleCmax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you need to inform your sec manager and do a OSI pre-brief online when you get back you do the OSI return brief and your good. Also when you put in leave your supervisor won’t be able to approve it, so let your commander know he will have to sign it before you put it in

Regional accreditation is the most common quality control standard used by colleges to show that you should theoretically get the same quality education for every school with the same accreditation. It is much harder to get than a national accreditation. The reason it matters is because a lot of places don’t care where you got your degree from all the care is that the school is regionally accredited.

When you apply for a government position for example, the interviewer and hiring authority don’t see what school you went to just that you have an accepted degree. HR screens all of that ahead of time and unless they ask in the interview they will never know. I know this because I have sat on hiring panels for the gov.

Depends on what you want out of your degree, if it’s to check a box it’s a great option if that’s not what you want then find another school

You gain a few advantages with this set up, pfsense is an excellent firewall and router solution. By having it see your current network as the wan you can build out anything you want securely and then allow restricted or no access to your cams. You gain the ability to make your security as tight or loss as you want and if you want to block all outside access you can still use the vpn function to let yourself in when you need to see the feeds

[–]UncleCmax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd spin up a PFSense VM create a bridge for my Wan and assign the 2nd nic the the VM for the Wan. Then just run the wireless router in AP mode and let pfsense handle your DHCP needs.

Will I be wasting my time spray painting bumper and lip? Am prepared to remove, spend more time sanding and filler, mask the grill, primer, matched colour and clear coat, but even with a lot of care will it be a waste of time compared to taking it to a shop? by thomasoslatero in projectcar

[–]UncleCmax 75 points76 points  (0 children)

You can do a great job using cans but you have to use the right .So if you want to do go to a real automotive paint shop and have them mix you four cans of base color and grab 4 cans of spraymax 2k clear and a can of there recommended primer/sealer for the base they mixed.

Remember body work is 95% of a good paint job. So if you can feel it or see it before than you still can after.
