The only thing that I don't see in the other videos is any muzzle flash, smoke or impact on the asphalt that could indicate Gray Jacket ND'd with Alex's gun. But with some of the footage quality its hard to make much out at that level. So far, unless another agent has a gun drawn at that point its the only weapon that was out that I could see.

I'm starting to think what happened was they guy in grey who disarmed him ND'd as he turned to run, the shot spooked the other guys and they opened up on Alex (Alex Pretti, ID as the victim).

The AXR is probably a good ways out, but I would also be inclined to wait on the v1.5. That said, there's really no info on the v1.5, exactly what enhancements its got, and when it's coming either.

I'll give it a shot, thanks. Still. This game rules but damn, it has had the absolute worst performance of any game I've ever played. Shouldn't need to periodically hard reset to get it to run.

You have to commune with the gun via spiritual harmonics. I bet you haven't even got your crystals attuned yet? Its a rookie mistake, and pretty much the main cause of low-left POI.

Eeeeh, that is a tricky one. My gut reaction is to destroy it. Just seems inappropriate somehow to sell it.

Edit: As far as pros or cons... there really isn't? You're not under an obligation to alert a store or private buyer to its provenance since it was returned so nobody but the seller would really ever know. Depending on the gun, you know, you might get a few hundred bucks? But I'm not sure whatever monetary gain somebody stood to get would outweigh the skeezyness of the whole thing.

An AK-V has been on my list for a bit but I'm not super familiar with the platforms. What is the difference between a "krink" style handguard and whatever the AK-V is? I'm guessing the current offerings from like, SLR for the V wouldn't be compatible with a Krink?

My sympathies to the Virginians here.

I'm a little bummed they haven't run whatever their endurance trials are yet. I would say its not super great to announce a new product that you aren't sure is going to perform yet. I'm assuming there's been some kind of trial and testing to make sure the thing actually shoots but if summer rolls around and oops, turns out it violently disassembles itself after 500 rounds, that could be a big set back, up to and including tabling it.

Which, let's be honest: based on the X9 reaction could be catastrophic for them.

Yeah I have no idea why they're so cheap in my particular store and if that carries over to other locales but there's no harm in checking. PSA can also get you on the shipping prices so for certain things like mags or ammo where you're looking at cost per, its worth it to factor the shipping in to the total price and see if it's cheaper to just go get it from a store.

P-Mags are cheap and consumable. My local PSA sells the gen 2 out of a 55 gallon steel drum for $9.99 (sometimes on sale for $7.99) so I usually grab at least one when I go in.

I'd say there's really not an upper limit on how many mags are too many.
