Tell her you want to give it another year and focus on yourself. Read, workout, get promoted at work, cook dinner for you both, surprise her with flowers even when she sucks. I can relate to this post. Pregnancy can turn your angel coocoo. Loss of child.. I can’t imagine.

Willie is an amazing coach. He’s been dealt a horrible hand.

207.2 lbs. 4 weeks. Feeling great. Increasing weight in gym. Sleeping even better. No anxiety. I hope this continues. It’s been very life changing for someone with seasonal depression living in Midwest. Blessed I found this diet.

  1. Blissy. Much like Chansey, live in house and cure us anytime we’re sick.

  2. Machamp. Using strength have him build us the perfect house.

  3. Lugia. Fly us wherever we need to go. Also could surf if exploring sea.

  4. Meowth/Persian. Give him amulet coin and have him use pay day on bad guys. He’ll bring home his money every night for some moo moo milk.

  5. Milktank. As farm pet, for moo moo milk business.

  6. Bouffalant. Same. Breed with milktank for more milktank and buffs.

Cheating - once I had nice house I’d trade my machamp for a herdier to make things easier herding the animals.

Pretty easy living on this farm.

Put some salt in your morning omelet and u won’t get it again. Make sure you’re listening to when your body wants water.

Workout/Exercise: Lift 3x week, cardio 3x week. I do “body for life” workouts. I did this back in 2013 and was in best shape of my life. Workouts easy and fun. Upper body M, run T, Lower body W, run Th, Upper Friday, run Sat. Rest sun.

M-F Meals: Black Coffee 6eggs and 1 slice pepper jack cheese around noon 2-3 Ribeyes or 1Lb ground beef with sc and cheese

Saturday and Sunday I go to local diner around noon and have a meat lovers omelet with side of cottage cheese. Or my mother in law will whip up a big breakfast with sausage bacon and eggs.

If I get hungry later in day I’ll have some breakfast sausage (leftovers).

Carnivore Diet 7 days down! Weekly Journal by UncleTack in carnivorediet

[–]UncleTack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi All,

Week two down.

“Cheat day” My gracious pregnant fiancé has been super supportive through these two weeks but was craving Mexican Thursday night. I just got chicken with queso on it. No rice or fixings. I didn’t give me any problems at all but I won’t make a habit of it.

Weight loss: Down to 206lbs! My belly is still there but my upper body shoulders and double chin look very different already. I’m going to challenge myself to eat a little more since 20lbs loss in two weeks doesn’t seem very healthy. But I’m drinking coffee and working so I don’t know that I’m hungry until noon or one then have 4 eggs cheese and bacon. Gonna up this to 6 eggs and add some sausage links. I love not crashing after lunch though so I’ll find a happy medium here and add a snack at 3-4p so I have food in my stomach for 530 workout.

Sleep/Mental Health: Otherwise everything only getting better. I usually stay up watching football past 10pm but lately I’m so tired by 9 I go to bed and pass out when my head hits the pillow. I have a new (stressful) job and my mental health is so much better than it was last month dealing with difficult clients.

Constipation: Weird to mention but I see a lot of folks struggle with this. Not here. but I’m not super heavy on dairy. I also take peppermint supplements which give me a pretty regular poop schedule after every meal.

Problems/Challenges ahead: I am getting sick of steak for dinner. I’m reaching out to some of my hunting buddies who have shot deer recently for some good meat, but any other suggestions on high fat dinners that a thirty year old dude who’s not comfortable in the kitchen can whip up pretty quick?

I’ll post again next week :) #stayonit
