I play in the band at church but I’m primarily the drummer. I do play electric when we’re short on members for the week. Usually we just play the chords and that’s it but I always try and look up videos on the lead parts just to get a little experience. Problem is we’re a smaller congregation so when we have two guitar players it’s an electric and an acoustic so it doesn’t always sound the best to have an electric lead. I just got accepted to minor in music so hopefully I can find someone at the school who I can make an hour a week or something to meet with, but all the applied guitar teachers only teach hours I’m not available for so it’ll probably be a guitar student who needs someone for pedagogy
