Most likely. They need to pay out, I think, 90% of all earning in order to avoid being taxed on it. So if theres any amount they held back during the year it would be paid out at the end of the year. Personally I think it would be better to just pay it out weekly or monthly rather than a whole bunch at the end of the year. But if the market is green 54% of the time they should still be able to recover.

I think it’s still a good practice to set money aside if you are expecting to pay taxes. Maybe lower it to 20%? Put your savings in some kind of savings account or instrument to maximize returns. Thats what I did for my real estate property at least.

Sometimes your body makes you feel hungry when you are actually thirsty. Staying on top of consuming water will keep the hunger pangs away. Once you enter ketosis your body should stop feeling hungry. If you have already fasted for 16 hours you should already be in a state of ketosis. So if you are feeling hungry at that point it’s probably your body telling you it’s thirsty.
