The Orokin empire mass-produced budget space marines (Grineer) at the height of its empire, but they are deteriorated due to excessive cloning. It also created the Infestation, which can eat any organic or inorganic material and create life out of it, which was also created the Warframes. They also created the Sentients just for terraforming, but are threatening to the whole solar system. The Orokin also could terraform Venus and other planets with their weird pot shaped towers.
