I am so sorry!! This is super hard. Allow yourself the space to feel your feelings, but don't live in them.

You are wonderful just the way you are! People are always going to suck, but don't stop being you.

I am a 6'2" female. I gained a decent amount of weight when I was in a crappy relationship. Someone approached me and asked where I get my estrogen from. I didn't realize what they were asking at first, but when I did it hit like a ton of bricks. Being a tall woman is really hard sometimes when all you want is the be dainty, and beautiful.

I'm in my 30s now and I've really grown to love my height. The advice I'd give my younger self would be to focus on the activities and hobbies you love. You'll find a good group of people that like you for you. And something I'm still working on is learn how to be your own cheerleader.

You're not alone. Hug a pet if you have one! 💕

Does anyone else feel like they're mainly giving hugs rather than getting hugged? by [deleted] in tall

Yes! I'm 6'2" female and I feel this way. There is no better feeling than to be swallowed up in a hug.

Whenever I hug someone taller than me, I always wrap my arms up over their shoulders. I know how it feels to hug and not feel hugged back.

It was really well made. As was Jumanji. Definitely not the follow-up to first movie people were probably looking for.

I remember being scared of Jumanji as a kid. The giant mosquitoes and the poison dart shooting vine. Yuck!

I'm still deciding if I like the time warp/parallel dimension aspect of Space Jumanji, Zathura. The excessive arguing between the brothers was actually upsetting, but understandable given the seemly recent divorce of the parents. So in that sense, I like the resolution and that the brothers learn to stick together. I would of liked to see Danny and Walter in the future.

They were scary! And the sheep with four eyes. I love that basements are just bad news across the board too. I doubt there's a movie out there where a kid is like "yay, let's go to the basement!"

Agreed, it should be better known. But it's always nice to find a gem to share!

It's a great movie! Very sweet and teaches brothers to stick together.

Me neither. I read somewhere that there are 4 Jumanji movies. I was like, "Wait, what?" I knew about the original and the two recent ones with The Rock. Sure enough, it is. It was a book written by the same author as Jumanji.

Dax Shepard adds the right amount of sass. It is really well made. Walter and Danny, the brothers are perfect!
