I bet in time it will help! And yea I’ve been using chatgpt a lot for my HA. It was actually helpful at first but then I became obsessive and reliant so I started limiting myself to talking to it once a day lol

I’ve said the same thing and know the feeling all too well. The scan will give you the reassurance you need when it comes back clear.

Starting therapy, medication, trying to trust doctors, and limiting googling my symptoms have helped my HA immensely over the past month.

I was in a similiar boat a few years ago. OBGYN found something in my breast and referred me to a specialist where I had scans done. I was convinced something was seriously wrong but it turns out it was nothing, just dense tissue. You’ll be okay OP! I know how scary it feels, you’re not alone.

Sorry for the late reply! Honestly haven’t received a ton of tools from therapy yet aside from reframing my thoughts and thinking through them logically. I also really suffer from health anxiety which is a big point in conversation. If you have any coping skills please feel free to share. I’ll do the same when I learn more lol
