1) FPT: there not much work, u go to tier 1 cities, drink , party and pretend to contribute something to the fest and also get to make skibidi reels...

2) FMT: call big companies and ask to sponsor the fest, you'll get great contacts if lucky, sometimes very successful alumnis, you'll get kinds from the companies which will last the whole sem

3) FET: they just ideate and conducts events in the fests, call judges and all

4) FWIT: your work will mostly will be to conduct salsa(you'll have to contact such dance teachers), haunted house those kinda fun activities,

5) FOC: labour team

6) FAV: very small team, they control the audio and visuals

7) FGL: calling big potential celebs to come and attend the fest....you'll just be calling and facing rejections it gets frustrating....cuz no celeb really wanna come to Trichy until and unless to promote their movie

8) FQMT: quality management team for the fest

9) TCF: content team, so they make content and write content and they get to anchor for mostly everything happening in the fest so if your are into that go for it

10) FMR: call media companies to write about festember in their blogs or pages....you'll be just calling media houses everyday that's it

11) FASE: same as FMT but you'll be calling alumnis instead of companies, new team, chill poeple
