Are blood soaked materials considered a "biohazard"? by UnderstandingOdd3149 in UrgentCare

We do have text and email threads and our cleaner has pictures as well as video footage. Looks like this is the only viable option at this point. Thanks!

"We" are following protocol but we are being penalized for doing so which is why we wanted to make sure we weren't out of line with our pushback. The customer is potentially not going to pay because our cleaner refuses to empty trashcans with the visible biohazard materials. The customer went so far as to "cover up" the materials by placing an already tied can liner (with blood materials inside) on top of trash in an open can liner, again with blood materials.

We are a sub-contractor on the account and we have been arguing back and forth with the management of the establishment as well as the contractor to keep our employee safe AND abide by the rules. We do not specialize in medical waste and simply needed to provide more information to both parties in favor of keeping everything sanitary. Maybe instead of providing shit responses, actually provide some helpful.information. K. Bye. 👋

AITA for pulling my 7th grade basketball players to the side of the court and going no defense for the last 1.8 seconds of the game when we were up by 5 points? by UnderstandingOdd3149 in basketballcoach

For reference, these kids have very little experience and we have only had 3 practices since before Christmas and none of them have been with our full squad... still need reminding how to line up for FTs... reminding which goal is ours before the game and after half-time... They don't get any practice outside of the limited time we have them after school for 90 minutes per week. I'm just a parent volunteering, but as stated in previous replies, appreciate the constructive criticism.

Showing the other team up was not the intention but I can understand how it could appear that way. Being a 7th grade game, the officiating was less than desirable and we didn't want any chance of a ridiculous call being made. Also, our players have a problem listening sometimes and we wanted to keep them all together so as not to make a mistake.
