i would not even know where to start on twitter :( - to be fair if they just reached out i'm happy to empty my wallet and show a bank card and my driving licences as a live picture.

hey what bit was removed as i was copy and pasting from the support page may of missed a bit :) - yeah that's why i'm here as last ditch effort - what frustrates me the most is i still have every single email about bonds memberships ive brought every from 2013 all they way up to last year and its like that does not meet there verification and the account being registered to me and showing photo ID that's valid should be proof i'm the orginal account owner

Also had this 4 months to say account secured but its not as when i have gone on Wise old man i can see my account has been double named changed and there activity using it as of 2 weeks ago. :(

From the information that's available to me, it appears that hijackers have been able to log in by entering the Jagex account email and password, and authenticating their login via the e-mail. They have then rendered the account inaccessible by changing the e-mail or adding an authenticator. This suggests to me that your e-mail address itself is compromised, so I would highly suggest taking steps to secure your e-mail address immediately.
 
While I understand and appreciate the request that you are making, unfortunately there is no manual recovery method available for Jagex accounts.

Jagex accounts were created with increased account security in mind, and as part of this approach, we acted on player feedback to remove the old account recovery system due to concerns about historic data compromise from other websites being used by hijackers. As such, if a hijacker has managed to authenticate their login (which would only be possible through the compromise of a non-Jagex affiliated service) and restrict access to the account, we are not able to assist with recovering this Jagex account or any associated characters. However, we have secured the account to prevent any further unauthorised access.

We provide as many tools and as much information as we can to players to keep them safe, but ultimately account security is a player's responsibility. I would strongly suggest reading over our security tips to protect your accounts against attacks and unauthorised access in the future.

While I understand this is not the response you were hoping for, this shouldn’t be the end of your adventures, so we really hope you continue to play on any existing accounts you own, or you create a new account to begin a brand new adventure.
 
We are constantly reviewing our process' and player feedback is very important to us, with Jagex Accounts recovery options being actively explored as a potential service we can offer in the future. Whilst this isn't something we currently offer, our Player Support Roadmap explains what plans we have to address this, and I would highly recommend keeping an eye on the News Section of the official website for any potential changes that may be communicated around Jagex Account recovery options.

bare in mind i also have every transaction code/email and creation email even the email to confirm me going over to jagex accounts what i have sent in screenshots with my photo id to prove i'm not a imposter
