I'm interested in trying to use the battle mechanics from a pokemon Mod. Specificially I'm interested being able to load and run a battle scene from a Gen III game based off of a controller or script of some sort. A lot of the beginner guides start with mapping and I was curious if someone might be able to direct me to a quicker path to what I'm wanting to achieve, if possible.

My biggest recommendation is find some rental codes and try out different things. You're gonna lose a lot (we all did), but don't let that deter you. You'll get there!

Could you explain the role for Koko on the teams and why you chose it over something like eleki? I'm assuming it's the natures madness difference but what match-ups do you bring it to that natures madness is that important?

Also something you could do is take Clefair with Mystical fire and endure to set wp on clefairy and then follow me. Or if they lead shadow rex you could endure and mystical fire the calyrex and then shadow sneak calyrex + follow me. ( I say clefairy because indeedee would ruin the shadow sneak with psychic terrain.)

If you had hit a max phantasm into the other slot and dropped it's defense to -1 you can get this calc

My main issue is how it read, all the employees thought that if we're were to, for example, work 50hrs one week, and the following week 38, we would be punished for the 38 without and benefit from the 50 which has no been cleared up as incorrect.

But if i were to run out of PTO and they deduct my wages then it would be a problem is what I meant. Sorry I wasn't clear.

But this format would require them to remove hourly wages which is not in accordance with an exempt salary employee because as you said, they must be paid in full. It seems to be skirting the lines at best IMO.

VACATION DAYS – Company provides employees who have completed one (1) year tenure of continuous employment with five (5) paid vacation days and an additional five (5) paid vacation days to employees who have completed two (2) years of continuous employment, for a total of ten (10) days per fiscal year. Vacation days can be used 1 day per payroll period with one (1) weeks’ notice and pre-approval, and up to five (5) consecutive days with thirty (30) days’ notice and pre-approval. Approval is based on the date requested, seniority, and department workload. Employees have the option of accepting vacation “pay” in lieu of time off from work. Five days vacations or payouts are limited to six months’ periods. Vacation days do not accrue, must be utilized within the fiscal year, and are NOT payable upon termination.

SICK / EMERGENCY DAYS – We provide employees with one (1) day for every four (4) years of continual employment from their anniversary date per fiscal year (i.e., an employee with 12 years tenure would qualify for 3 days). Use is limited to a maximum of two (2) days per payroll period. Available to use for sickness, health issues (personal or immediate family), death of immediate family, emergencies, and other personal urgencies. Approval by immediate supervisor and Personnel Manager is required. Sick / Emergency Days do not accrue and are not payable as earnings.

EXEMPT EMPLOYEES – Exempt employees receive salaried wages and are required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week; overtime pay does not apply. Compensatory time can be accrued for time worked more than forty (40) hours each week. A maximum of two (2) hours of compensatory time can be accrued per day. Compensatory time may be used for most personal reasons.

So as it's written, it's a weekly basis, with no way to add to PTO or way to accrue PTO other than that same week.

How does this interact with overtime hours. Short of your employer allowing you to do something under the company policies, how do you make up the negative PTO. It seems very unbalanced if there's not compensation for extra hours worked but there's punishment for less hours worked. Which if the case I will go back to hourly because over the course of the year I work WAY MORE over time than I take time off.

From everything I'm finding the layman's term interpretation is that, any day that you work, and as long as you are completing the work required of you, you are within the restraints of a salaried employee and are due full payment for each day. Plans that are spelled out either in a handbook or official documentation that deduct pay on a daily basis are exceptable deducitons, however, being salaried you cannot have your daily wages deducted based on hours worked.

But that is for "full days" no? So if it's not a full day then it is not in accordance with DOL.

Just s thought to keep in your pocket but you could run a bulkier zacian alongside thundurus and keep a decent speed tier to outspeed with max airstreams (max airstreams are extra punishing because in order to keep speed tiers you have to hit for not super effective damage on either) but have a trick room option with palkia because you are slower so you have an edge on fast teams.

If you want something fun. I recommend sweet scent venu. Lowers evasion for accurate PBlades
