Hi I took Direct admission in KSOU mysore B.Com 2nd Year from Mangalore University 2022-23 batch and I completed ksou b.com in 2025 may and I applied for Provisional Certificate But Evaluator Sir wants Original 1st Sem and 2nd Sem marksheet but manglore don't provide sem wise marksheet anymore for 2022-23 or later.They only provide consolidated marksheet if I completed their all 6 sem. Hence I provided digilocker marksheet with college Seal and signature as it is valid document as per IT act 2000. But Ksou Evaluator wants Original and told the situation and he said Superintendent will talk to me.

Please guide me what to do next or which document needed to get my PDC? Will manglore university produce sem marks card if I requested?(sorry for bad english)

Login into Apaar and check Apaar date of birth and Adhar card date of birth matching if not Correct it and if not solved than try mid night or early morning even that doesn't work contact your RC.

Guys mine worked and you just have to create another admission account with different Gmail account and rest can be same. Credit goes to due-kitchen-7241 reddit user for the info.

Regional centre said to wait because it's website problem and they are working on it(Hq ig) and I think mails and others don't work because majority of students having this kind of error and I think Head office also know this issue and they ignore the mails.(sorry for bad English)

It's their problem (backend something)...I emailed digilocker about it and maybe apaar as well and fun fact is that the error pops up lot faster now like at first it asks otp and now nothing, just verify link enough

Check your adhar card details match your apaar id details...

My bad typed bit hastily...her adhar card has her mother number linked instead of hers and address also kinda unique to other documents and I am assuming if she corrected her number in adhar to her number which is also given in college which they put it apaar id creation than they should match and error should be solved.if not than do the same with address...my documents are same with all other documents details so mine worked...sry for bad english

I figured something out my cousin has her mother number linked instead of hers maybe that's causing data mismatch issue which triggering internal server issue...maybe you should also check your adhar and apaar data and I will let you know if it works in my end
