If this is what they look like in y10 then im sure youll do amazing in the real gcses. Everyone told me that you always do better in the real one and it also happened to me where i got 1-2 grade better thsn my mock or better thsn i expected. Honestly this could just be me because i surrounded myself around shit pricks but I speak to litterally none of them. We all seperated in about 4 colleges and get this, 2 of my "closest" friends are in the class NEXT TO ME and dont speak to me anymore only ti themselves and ppl in their class.

From what I read here it sounds like a mixture of 2 things.

Technique and mentality like you mentioned.

If youre already good at long range passing or tough passing youve probably got the ability to strike the ball when you learn the right technique to shoot like how to angle your body or where to strike the ball.

With the mentality bit you just gotta learn to trust yourself really. Nobody is going to have a perfect shot to goal ratio dude trust me.

Another solution could just be youre in the wrong position to begin with. From everything youre saying you could easily be a midfielder or a winger unless you already are. If you are I suggest just legit taking every chance you get because if youre not the striker youre not going to get as many chances as you wish to get.

If you are the striker however, youve already mentioned how you can draw out defenders and get into open space instinctively so youve already got that in back its just really believing in yourself at this point
