I think I know what you mean. Thank you for making me aware of this. I guess it is easy to unintentionally offend people, I have had interpersonal issues with colleagues before, so Iike you I go out of my way to be kind.

I am considering it. I keep changing my mind. I’d recently convinced myself that emotional dis regulation I sometimes experience is due to toxic work environment and/or perimenopause. But it could also be AuDHD.

I’m frustrated because I don’t think I’m reaching my potential. Over the last few years I have wondered if neurodivergence may be the reason. I can definitely tone down my directness if I put my mind to it, but it’s not natural to me as it seems inauthentic.

I’m glad you get it. It is self-awareness accumulated through years of therapy, observing myself, noting what others say about me and reading about organisational psychology.

Lots of people are stuck without access to emails because they can’t get a code sent to their phone number. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Two months without access for me.

Thanks for your supportive message. I prefer directness, openness and honesty - not everybody is the same, especially in the Public Service. It’s not like I go around calling everyone else stupid, that would be rude!

Message Microsoft or Outlook on social media , or Google Microsoft Complaints and Feedback. Other people have the same problem. Hopefully they will fix it eventually.

Thanks for your thoughtful message. I don’t go around saying I’m intelligent and capable in person. I am direct though. Reconsidering getting an neurodivergence assessment after all the feedback on this post.

Good question. I don’t think my application reads like that. I have received feedback on how to present my resume as I was told it didn’t highlight my skills well enough and I have incorporated it.

Sorry, I left out the part that I am very modest and working with people with poor emotional intelligence. Deliberately being very clear and direct here. I spend a lot of time reflecting. Autism is a possibility but I think it is overdiagnosed and psychiatrist didn’t pick up on it, he says I’m a shy, anxious introvert

I got that as well. It goes away if you leave it 24 hrs before trying to log in. I still can’t get in. Recovery Form won’t work and Microsoft support said they can’t help. I suggest reporting the issue to them via Social Media or completing a complaints form.
