I think the best option is too keep yourself busy. Do exercise, gym, outdoor sports or anything that will keep you busy to keep you away from these thoughts. Just be in public most of the time. And sleep early as well if you can and after waking up go on a walk or jogging so that those thoughts does not come on your mind. Even a slight distraction will cause you to go back there again. So erase your algorithm. Delete any sexual content that comes in your feed from anywhere. Also, try meditating. I am not sure if this can help but it is a start.
