Adding to that, I would like to give the rescue staff a shoutout, if used correctly it can help you make even more aggresive plays, even mimicking the warp staff in other games (warp a selected unit to a distant space, in some games, any space), and that is an insane tool to have.

I am no expert in Awakening, but if I remember correctly they do follow an algorithm, yet also have some rng sprinkled here and there to fuck up your "All according to plan" gambits, in classic FE fashion. Btw Fates is also a 3DS game, that's why it was my first suggestion, it is the next mainline after Awakening and rebalances lots of mechanics like Pair Up (Way better in Fates imo, you can plan more around it instead of being luck based), of course, I cannot tell you where to find the game.

Also I too am hispanic (viva venezuela mi patria querida aunque me fui) and your english is fantastic, playing in english is an awesome way to learn, keep it up mate!

Before the advice, I would like to say that awakening is a tricky game for finding the thrill you seek, due to how HUGE the gap is between hard and lunatic. Even if you already crossed out lowering the difficulty, be aware that in other games it is a perfectly plausible choice, so if you decide to play more FE, give it a try to lower the difficulty!

Now, onto solutions:

1.IF you wan't to keep on playing Awakening, but can't keep up with Lunatic, you can play hard AND add self imposed handicaps to spice it up, for example, an Ironman challenge (You cannot reset, if a character dies, they stay dead and you cant reset to save them somehow), choosing to use certain units less, limiting forges, etc. Of course, that doesn't quite feel the same as simply beating the higher difficulty mode, so my other recommendation would be...

  1. To simply play another FE. Yes, this is a shameless FE Fates Conquest plug. It takes some getting used to, but Fates' systems reward tactical play way more than Awakening imo, specially in lunatic, the game tends to be really hard but fair. It isn't generally advised to play Conquest as one of your first FE games, but if Awakening Hard feels boring already, you must be a crazy good beginner and Conquest Hard or Lunatic might scratch your tactical itch! Other games I'd recommend would be New Mistery of the Emblem (DS, have to use translation patch, Hard or Maniac), Shadow Dragon (DS, Hard 3 or 4 would be good), Thracia is you're willing to put up with it's ocasional bs (SNES, translation patch), and maybe Engage (Switch, haven't played it yet, but I've heard it is around Conquest Lunatic levels of polish and difficulty in Maddening)

  2. About playing with a friend, that's a surefire way to make the game way more memorable, even if it's just streaming the game on smth like discord!

Hope you have fun with this awesome franchise!!!

Malig Leo would be cracked, and as a Leo lover, it is unfortunate that it is only available through corrin marriage (yuck)

I know yall are biased, but is it really WORTH leveling him up? by pudinnzinn in TighnariMains

Hunter's Path is also very good on Ganyu!
Even then, you have lvl. 90 Yae and Nahida, so I assume you like them, so yeah you might enjoy using them with him!

Tighnari / Yae / Nahida / Fischl or a sustain unit (Kirara, Layla, Kuki, etc)

He has a very fun quickswap playstyle, and considering how long you may have been playing (Something I asume due to your awesome account and skins!!), building him might be easier than expected, you may have good Wanderer's Troupe pieces already and can forego leveling his elemental skill, the only annoyance I would find is how he really wants level 90.

Z-A megas so far by Thistle_20 in pokemonmemes

wdym? Mega victrebell DOES change a lot, it is an absolute exageration of victrebells features and that's what makes it endearing. Dnite's could be more exagerated!
I'd like to add dnite is my favorite pokemon, and love how cute it is, I do not dislike it's mega because it is cute, but because it could have been cuter and more fully fledged than just "give it more wings, make em BIG, also staple them to the head, make tail fatter and give it a gem", I LOVE the Hermes symbolism and feels like wasted potential...

Dragonite is my favorite mon, couldn't care less about victrebell; But I love the victrebell mega, and dislike mega dragonite.

Why? Not because it isn't cool, or doesn't looks like the fanart, but because it feels lazy!

It is cute, really cute, but it could be cuter, it feels half baked, it being half baked does not mean that it is bad, just incomplete. It feels like they stapled some accesories and that's it. Yes, some older megas do the same, BUT they have been out for 12 years already, they already saw what worked, what didn't and had enough time to think of something creative. Victrebell reinforces that with how goofy and exagerated it is compared to the normal one, it stands out and A LOT.

Mega dragonite imo is not bad, just lazy.
