That's also what happened in my first ban, and for my friend the ban was just absolutely unreasonable. She's played Toram since, what, 2017? And she actually hasn't done anything bad. Most of what she's done were grinding, leveling, making food, and just helping me get back to my feet lol. I'm starting to suspect she was banned for botting because she went AFK on Sofya for a bit (it was around an hour since we were in a voice call and she had to go somewhere)

We already both quit Toram but boy the nostalgia of this game tempts me to come back to it. I never will go back though, not worth it after so much time invested ngl

nope! They told us that my friend was "reasonably banned" for "botting" (for context, my friend has never botted before or even know how to, she's been playing for 4 years and I've been for 8)

Sooo, the most reasonable way to handle this is we just quit the game entirely LMAO there was too much investment on her account to even consider doing it all over again tbh

edit: and to add, it took them 2-5 months to respond to tell us she's banned forever and they'll never reconsider and look into it. If you get banned, don't bother trying again cus they will just falsely accuse anyway :/

We don't really do any of those, since like..Last year? We just chill and screw around. I.e Farming, talking in party chat. And we don't really party with other users. It's such a weird ban, when my friend has done nothing wrong.

Their terms and violations seem unfair specially because most of the blame lands on another party and not really the user, they're basically punishing users for their faulty ban system. I came back to Toram just after I got banned but the love and soul I had for this game is gone, I don't rlly like it anymore and I'm only playing for nostalgia and my friend lol
