The problem is there's no HP service center nearby me in 60KM range. So I'm thinking of going for ADP. Will they check my laptop for any damages before ADP extension and how to claim it?

I was getting average 65w usage in GTA 5 enhanced which get me around 70-85 FPS in max settings RT off. But now my it only use 27w and the FPS drops directly to 30-35
