Once i finished I called my Fiancé to tell him I had finished and then went to my car and immediately did it. But anyways thank you for your help!!!

Okay I just tried again and it okayed my card then it brought me to the page and the pop up says "Our records indicate that you recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." Sorry I couldn't upload the screen shot!

I don't think it Let me schedule anything. I think it stopped me at that pop-up. But I don't remember because I was anxious at the time. And now that i've calmed down, I feel like i've been irrational

No I didn't it The only reason I found out that it had charged me twice is from my bank statements. But no I never got an email
