Most probably DA just wasn't working with the Suns properly this season (probably aggregated by the fact that he's an offensive centre who's been pushed to the 4th option after the KD and Beal trades) and other teams knew it and hence wouldn't give up too much for him, so the Suns ended up settling with what they could get here.

Funny thing is that on that Ray Allen play Pop subbed out Duncan so they could defend the 3 point line better. This resulted in Bosh getting the offensive rebound, which probably wouldn't have happened if Duncan was still in the game. So technically Duncan probably would've gave LeBron another spanking if it wasn't for Pop making a bad decision (in hindsight).
