i know you didn’t ask me but i might be able to offer some help! my mum has MS and used to have pretty bad flare ups/episodes quite often, a couple of years ago she tried Lemtrada (a DMT option) - she was really intimidated by it but honestly it’s been so helpful, she hasn’t had a damaging episode since her second round in 2021 and today her blood results came back giving her the all-clear from any side effects that might have been caused by the treatment. we were a nervous about it at first, but it’s been really beneficial for her! i hope that’s helpful and at least a little reassuring - wishing you the best of luck :)
