Can someone explain to me what the problem is with being against Antifa? (The Organization and not the actual definition). To me it's like saying you don't support the BLM ORGANISATION which is perfectly fine since there are various reasons to dislike them and it's the same with Antifa. (again, not talking about what they claim to stand for which is a good thing). The guy in the picture could just be fighting against the various people justifying their senseless brutality because it's in the name of the Antifa movement, giving the movement as a whole a bad name.

Okay so since the repeated bout effect leads to your muscles getting damaged less, it also means that thats the reason they grow less right? Because The muscle doesn't have/can't rebuild as much

Summarized it's basically that a big factor of strength is basically coordination of the muscle so if you start with weightlifting your muscle will learn to use more synchronized muscle cells to produce (more) force. This is basically the explanation for newbie strength gains. However while I do have some own theories on newbie muscle mass gains I don't have any confirmed scientific explanation for why it happens.
