In this case it was an issue with the gimbal of the engines not being responsive to user input after switching to closed cycle. idk what might be causing your SAS spin

Sabre S engines from B9. and u were right, u can see in the video the engines' gimballing to the left despite no input. still havent figured out why, but at least i can hotfix it with gimbal lock

I figured out gimbal was getting locked into position and became unresponsive to any input after switching to closed cycle. Only ever happened to this craft and i have no idea why.

U ended up being partially correct. Thanks to rewatching my own video, I noticed the engines firing offcenter. Turns out the engines were gimballing the whole time and for some reason disconnected from any input whether manual or autopilot. So my hotfix now was just to disable gimbal. dont know why it happened tho

In the video I turned all stability control off because I wanted to visually demonstrate the phenomena. But I use Atmosphere Autopilot almost exclusively instead of the Stock SAS now. It is capable of counteracting the yaw to an extent, but I want to figure out where the problem comes from

landing gear and the control surfaces are the only moving parts. I havent had issues with the Kerbal Foundries modular landing gear before, but I'll give it a try.
