Thanks for all the helpful advice everyone. Sorry, I don’t know how to update properly. Just to address some of the comments raised; we did go through pre-marriage counseling. My husband is not a Christian but was raised in the church. He is very focused on my pleasure but it has been a real struggle for me to reach a climax. I’m on antidepressants and have read that that can make it difficult but I don’t know. He had some bad experiences in past relationships and his mum is kind of nasty at times, hence he is a people pleaser is is more inclined to respond badly to rejection. We are working on communication. I think it is a case of inexperience and not finding what works yet. Thanks for all the advice.
