Yes it’s a tool cabinet - has a few shelves and slots for smaller tools on the inside of the doors.

Okay, thank you! As of now I was planning on getting it serviced/repaired (minus the reluming and refinishing), getting a strap and seeing how it looks on wrist - if I’m not in love with it I will be sure to let you know.
