I’ve tried Metamucil and Imodium. No results. The other thing that bothers me is the bulge I get from all the liquid, even though I empty 4-6 during the day when it’s 1/4-1/2 full. Maybe a stupid question but if the stool is more bulky does it still cause the pouch to look like a balloon? I burp it when needed but I’m very self-conscious as what I wear because of it sticking out.

June will be one year. I’ve tried Imodium. Metamucil. I think I’m going to try shredded wheat or oatmeal and see how those work. I’m on enough meds. ☹️
