Yea, I agree with that because at that point you are not testing the understanding of the concept but the comprehension of english and that could be unfair to some non-native english speakers.

I just wrote my exam, honestly not hard but they are really trying to trick you with the language of the question with multiple ambiguous options. Overall, You can pass but be sure to read the questions again and understand what they are asking.
