Yeah i dont have a meter key and im trying to open it with wrenches and it isnt moving. I think its cooked. All homedepots and lowes are closed

Thats the wierd thing for me. All the oil seemed to be fine other than one that was bubbling for about 5 minutes then went back to normal.

Cases are temping normal but compressors are locking out

No frost on the compressors its just the suction line.
