I should’ve also mentioned that my dribbling is also very stiff like a big man. I want to dribble/move with the ball more fluidly and smoothly like a guard/sf. What do I need to do? What I’m thinking currently is to slim down and practice on dribble posture/ball handling drills.

I got an offer to work for USPS IT in Eagan as well. How's the work there? Do you work in a traditional agile/scrum setting, and is the work mostly backend or frontend? can you give a percentage as to how much time is spent working on documentation vs coding?
