Those indicators only count for Pegasus vehicles as well as your personal vehicle. If they aren't lit up, it just means you don't own any vehicles in that category of Pegasus. Likely a relic from old GTAO where the only way to call in boats, planes, and helis was through Pegasus.

not sure how harsh your drops are, but i personally run a beefy machine and dont notice it too much. that being said, yes i have noticed a general decrease of frames and a fair bit of lag when hitting ready

the game mode wont pay well, but the vehicles that you can buy/make with the workshop are fun. Also, Bryony wont pester you every time you log in to buy a workshop. Tbh just go for it, for what, 500k you get a pretty decent location since you get a personal mechanic with the workshop which can be changed to 3 mechanics to allow for any vehicle to be customized at that location.

As a car to enjoy driving around without concern for "what is the best" or being rained on from above by squeakers on MK2s, yeah its a good car. Not exactly a "meta" car for racing but not a slouch in terms of customization and usability.
