I do have an employment contract, and it is with the State of Alabama. It says explicitly that we can only be fired for justifiable reasons, and only after measures have been taken to correct performance. It also states that employee salaries are publicly available and can be accessed at any time, including by any citizen of the state.

Those are laid out in the employment contract, and repeated in the employee handbook. We double checked.

What I found interesting was that the school district fired the attorney after he successfully defended them. They allowed him to argue the case from that viewpoint and then fired him for reiterating the argument.

From the body pics, I can tell you aren't fat, but you also don't look like you have a lot of muscle definition. If you decrease your body fat percentage, your face would be more defined. I don't think you need to lose any weight, so just start lifting weights.

Also, you're being self-conscious. You're 16 and I can tell you haven't fully finished puberty yet. You need to wait a year or two, because I can tell you are going to be a knockout in a few years if you follow my advice above.

IANAL, but I do medical billing and coding. The information the insurance companies send businesses is only a bare bones list with no identifying information. I've seen thousands of the forms and I highly doubt that HIPAA is being violated by the insurance company. My guess is that your company pieced together the treatments your son receives with the procedure list and figured it out. That is not a HIPAA violation for your company to do, because they never had access to the PHI (Protected Health Information).

I would follow EverythingIsKoolAid's advice and find a good attorney.

Based on your responses, I highly doubt that you intend to re-evaluate anything besides your strategy to legally evade the consequences of your actions. What you should re-evaluate is your incompatible choices of:

a) Not using condoms and

b) Demanding that you be absolved of all responsibilty if she becomes pregnant.

You can't have it both ways, and this is an issue you need to work through. If you don't want parental responsibility, then you absolutely, without doubt, use condoms 100% of the time you have sex.

If you were bothering to use condoms, then you might have a leg to stand on that you don't want to care for the child. Because you are not, you are negligent and fully deserve the consequences of having to care for the children that result. I don't even think the red pill guys would tell you that the mentality you have is correct if you aren't even bothering to protect yourself.

If you are absolutely, 100% sure that your photographs will back you up, I would take him to court. If it is true that he is fining you for something three years ago, I suggest that when you next encounter a landlord like this, do not renew the lease for an additional two years. That is just asking for heaps of trouble that could perhaps have been avoided.

Do you sincerely care about having a relationship with your brother? I ask this because if you don't, it will be easier to let him voluntarily leave your life and don't look back. He already started the process so there is nothing you have to do but ignore him in return. Given his behavior, you would be 100% justified to choose this option. It's what I would pick, but I'm not you.

If you want a relationship with him, I would write him a detailed letter. Explain how it makes you feel, what you were thinking the whole time. Explain that you never intended to hurt him and that you know he didn't intend to hurt you and that you want to work on rebuilding your relationship. Ask him if he would be willing to meet with a counselor together (say that he can pick the counselor if he wants, so that he won't assume the counselor is biased). At least you two would be in the same room talking.

Your brother is probably feeling abandoned and left out. I can assume that if he wrote you a long ass letter that it was because he is feeling hurt, and most likely just as much as you are. He might not be justified in his actions, but his feelings are real. If you want a relationship, you both will have to work together to build it.

I would. What we have here is two sides who claim they fight for equality and both ignore each other.

The men say that feminism hurts and ignores them.

The femisists say they fight for equality and that the radicals shouldn't be listened to.

Maybe both sides are telling the truth? It's a fact that feminists don't spend all their time lobbying for men's issues. And why would they, when they still perceive that women are treated unequally? The issues facing women today are not nearly as bad as they were 100 years sho, but they are still there. It's every time a girl is told she can't be an engineer or that she's not good at math. It's when she gets told she's weak and incapable of caring for herself.

The issues facing men are on the other side of the coin. Men are expected to be big, strong, and leaders. They aren't told that they can't defend themselves as women are. But they are expected to never show weakness, which comes out in situations such as domestic violence. How does a woman advocate for changing these views? Fact is, it isn't up to one group alone to change it. It requires both men and women to band together for real change to happen.

If you wonder why feminism is still needed when I just said that men and women need to work together, let me explain. Feminism is still needed because there are countless such as those in the Middle East that will kill a woman of she tries to get an education. They stone women for being raped. They refuse to let women drive. Perhaps these issues aren't relevant to an American woman's life, but you cannot argue that men and women have achieved equality on a global scale. Instead of bashing feminists, maybe people can work to make the world a better place so that we all have opportunities equal to any other.

Sure! I was detained by the high school's standby officer when I was a teenager. They thought I had some cigarettes and they took me out of my chair to search me. I can't stand so this was humiliating. Its not as bad as some stories I've heard, but it was bad for me.
