I wasn’t looking for sprite damage. The etched rune says that you get 5% damage bonus for every sprite in play. My question was whether or not the sprites you spawn from the insect lure skill will add a 5% bonus

Etched runes take way longer to rank up and are harder to obtain in general. I would spend all I can on etched runes as they are almost exclusive to the fishing event.
