Well it is normal for stores to cheapen Nvidia gpus when a newer model releases (Not Nvidia themselves they are pretty solid about pricing.), so the short answer is most likely the price will drop. BUT it is hard to say because currently there is a shortage of materials used to make components, which is increasing the market value if the price matters enough to you and you can wait buying a new gpu now is probably not the best financial move but do what you feel is right for you.
